A shooter has killed three people and injured others, three of them fundamentally, at one of Denmark's biggest shopping mall, police say.

"Denmark was hit by a savage assault on Sunday night," Mette Frederiksen said.
"A few were killed. Significantly more injured. Youngsters, youths and grown-ups."
